Pre-Owned in great condition. Here is the info from the web:
Tremolo pedals have always been one of my favorites: they can be extremely simple or utterly complex, but they all have that same distinctive sound in some regard. The Josh Smith Dual Tremolo from J. Rockett Audio Designs is no exception, and is one of the coolest tremolos I’ve come across in quite a while. Designed in conjunction with Josh, Rockett Pedals and Tim Jauernig, this tremolo is made for working musicians, by working musicians.
Just the words “Dual Tremolo” make it interesting, before you even see or hear it. One of the main gripes that players’ have about tremolos is the lack of options for switching or adjusting speeds on the fly, and the JSDT takes care of that with ease, and then some. Not only are there 2 completely separate tremolo sides, you can not only control the speed, but the depth of each individually as well. The Speed control has a nice range, from uber-slow and subtle to a fast, Leslie-like spin. The Depth is nice as well, allowing you to go from just a smidge of trem up to a full-on, pulsing wave of sound.
As a bonus feature, J. Rockett has included a Boost knob, which controls the level output for both sides of the pedal. This allows the user to pump up the volume drop typically associated with many tremolo pedals, leaving no doubt in your mind that this trem will slice and dice any mix thrown it gets tossed into. Plus, there are independent flashing rate LEDs for each side, so you can tell in an instant how fast or slow either side is currently pulsing.
Built in a typically hardcore enclosure, like all their pedals, the J. Rockett Josh Smith Dual Tremolo has everything you need for an excellent pedal, and will become an instant permanent staple on your pedalboard. Thanks to Chris and everyone at J. Rockett Audio Designs for sending this beauty over to us to review – they’ve got a TON of great pedals over on their website, be sure you go check ’em out!
